"We were given a room with NO air-condition. We did not know the air condition was NOT working and being a hot day outside and not much ventilation. We were not comfortable. The manager was willing to switch us to another room, which was far from our current room and at 9:00 pm, we were too tired to pack and unpack for the one night stay. The manager offered us complimentary breakfast, which compensates for the inconvenience. Parking was very expensive."
