"Friendly staff Breakfast not to the standard you would expect from the Hotel brand. Rooms were aged but maintained well. Room could have been cleaned better, there was hair in the shower and diamonties on the bathroom floor from the previous guests. Advertised with mini bar, the fridge was empty, no complimentary milk or Tea/Coffee/Water. There was a coffee pod machine however. Rooms are advertised as sound proof, this is not the case. There is lots of road noise and external noises that carry...

"Property was nicely placed right by the beach. The staff was friendly."

"The rooms on the 12th floor were amazing and actually updated really well. We had a modern TV, big bed, it was quiet and the view was amazing. The staff was really helpful. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay. Restaurant staff very helpful, we had a nice dinner."

"I could see that they are doing renovations and it is going well. Our room was clean and a good size. The pool was wonderful, just the right temperature and lovely furniture. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was good for us and walkable to the beach and safe."

"What a hidden gem right in the heart of Cairns. Hotel’s location was excellent. Steps away from marina where all the snorkeling tours start, steps away from grocery store and all kinds of other stores, and steps away from the lagoon which is so great to relax in after any of the tours. Hotel room was modern, spacious and clean and the amenities were very appreciated. The barista coffee station where you can make yourself a great coffee and enjoy it right there sitting comfortably in chairs or...

"Clean and in the middle of the city. Short walks too."

"Location was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly. The property itself needs upgrading. For the price of a 4 star hotel it didn't deliver. I stayed 5 nights to only be told on arrival that there would be no room service and you have to discard your own rubbish. The spa wasn't working and the pool had to be closed for 2 days. The carpet smells mouldy, especially in the hallways. My room didn't meet my expectations, with outdated furnishings and the shower inside the bath tub....

"Room was very clean but no housekeeping for a two nite is a little weird. Garbage should be emptied at the very least. Service at the rooftop restaurant was terrible as were the breakfasts. There was no juice , only a coffee which was warm. The eggs were terrible and only 1 piece of toast . There was no fruit offered. A beautiful setting but even though the restaurant was empty, the food took a long time and I noticed dirty tables left and tables were not wiped down. Reception service was...

"Good room, great staff. There was a broken window on one of the entrances to the hallway, and sound travels from the hallway into the room a bit, but otherwise, great stay. 4 stars, would still stay here again."

"Clean and fair price for overnight stay. Staff very accommodating and super friendly.. the pool is unusable and is very pond like…"

"We had an incredible stay at Blue lagoon resort. This is my second time staying here. We received a free room upgrade which was really nice. The rooms are clean, well maintained and spacious. We loved the blue lagoon and being able to relax in the pool and watch the view. The staff were helpful in preparing to check in and with parking and other property questions we had. For Cairns touristy information, I would recommend the information centres at attractions for more advice on things to do....

"Room was very tired, mattress hard, bath shower extremely slippery so great care had to be taken whilst showering. This was my third stay there ,but wont be staying at Mantra Trilogy again."

"Great Check-In, Needs a Refresh Check-in was excellent. The hotel communicated with us before arrival and accommodated our early check-in request. The reception staff member was friendly, welcoming, and explained everything clearly, creating a great first impression. The pool and barbecue area were a highlight of our stay. Both were well maintained, cleaned daily, and fully functional, making them enjoyable areas to relax and unwind. Unfortunately, the loft apartment is showing signs of age...

"It's quite outdated"
