"After a slight glitch the first night involving a rather noisy air conditioner system we were moved into a much nicer room on the floor above. It was more along the quality of that of the Radisson Blu in Sydney, which we loved. The staff were warm and friendly and went out of their way for us, especially when it came to valet parking an upmarket sportscar we were driving back to WA. We found the room quite comfortable but would have preferred one with a bath tub included. But the shower was...

"We stayed here for the night as we had a very early morning flight. We organised the shuttle to take us to the terminal in the morning. The driver was fantastic and right on time. This hotel was far better value than others in the area."

"The hotel location was conveniently located near to the trams and also to Melbourne Central station for easy access to trains. It was walking distance from many food options, malls etc. The rooms were very spacious, clean and quiet too. The staff were very helpful & friendly (Michael and team at Blacksmith Grill, Howard and team at Reception during check-in) and always made our mornings a lovely start to the day. We would gladly be back to stay here again!"
