"Check-in service seems iffy. I was told I would get a text when the room was ready, but 40 minutes after 3pm I got tired of waiting and checked with the clerk. He said the room was ready. I also called down for additional towels, but no one ever showed up. Not a huge deal, just a little irritating. Otherwise staff was courtesy and helpful."

"Great location for what we wanted to see in Chicago… the tourist spots! It was also an easy subway ride to Bucktown. We had a suite which was really nice to relax in after a day of walking.
