"Elizabeth and Casey were wonderful in the planning phase as concierges for the hotel. Then upon arrival later at night, Riley was the absolute best as I tried to make things easy for me and my family travelling with a disabled individual. She went above and beyond to make the process of checking in easy and rearranged our rooms to make them close together. She was kind and patient and it was a pleasure to work with her at the front desk!"

"Front desk staff, Donald, greeted us with wine or champagne, unloaded our luggage and valet parked our vehicle and was very personable. Our room was truly spacious with a very comfortable canopy bed, gas fireplace, and jet tub. There was even an old fashioned turn table near the bed, although the vinyl record provided was a bit unusual. We had indicated that we were celebrating an anniversary, and they left us a lovely bottle of wine in our room. Breakfast was included and delivered in a picnic...

"Loved this boutique hotel! It was so cute and convient to downtown Healdsburg. We loved having the hotel car take us into town for dinner. Our only complaint was that we didn’t have a window covering in our bathroom."
