"Absolutely wonderful stay in London made even better by the staff of The Strand Palace. From our very dapper doorman Anthony at arrival and early check in with Saloni to the kindness of Mohammed our porter at departure, the hotel did not disappoint. The hot food available was stone cold, cold plates with cold food. If you decided to have toast, good luck there as the bread had to go through a conveyor toaster 3 times before it registered any colour as ‘toasted’.
