"Overall, the size of the apartment was adequate. The issue we had is that there was a leak in one of the bedrooms. Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. Therefore, we had to go cash out-of-pocket to find a separate hotel room. We are still awaiting feedback from the property on a refund after alerting them of this issue six days ago. "Bug in shower. Dirty baseboards. Bed is hard as a rock. No conditioner in shower. Only one washcloth for 3 people. Broken coffee maker. All remedies in about 15 minutes but aggravating none the less. Landline phone did not work so that is a safety issue in a hotel. Would not stay here again. "
