"The hotel was great and the staff was nice. It’s just that we didn’t know about the trash removal service. Other than that it was great. "

"I was given the choice to upgrade my room to better view room. We decided to do the upgrade instead of viewing the parking lot. Our view was not better. It basically was blocked by canopies and it did not include a balcony so we basically paid 90 bucks for nothing. No breakfast options really and there was a convention there so trying to get around the property to do swimming activities and stuff like that. Security wasn’t very nice. Couldn’t really navigate through the hotel very well."
