"Upon entering this hotel, we were overwhelmed by the smell of mildew and cigarettes. After checking in, we went up to our room to find we were not in the correct room. We called down to the front desk and were told that our room had been given away and that was the room that they had for us. At this point, they did not offer to refund us any of the cost for our upgraded room. After arguing back-and-forth, they finally agreed to reduce the rate but did not have our room available as they have...

"We had no hot water for 3 days. The front desk said they were aware of floor 3 having issues and they were working on it. They did not have another room to move us to. Other than cold showers the room was great. Clean. Good location to walk to 16th street or sporting events."

"I did not have a credit card with an enough of a balance to cover their deposit and Expedia would not let me add my other travelers name so he could get the car since he had a credit card. Almo was fine with it but Expedia would not do it! So I am out the car rental money and had to rent a car outside of my Expedia package. Resulting in paying twice for a rental car. I will NEVER use Expedia again! "
