"The pictures on the site where very deceiving, there were holes cut in the walls were pipes were replaced and never patched. Place was dirty and very thick moldy and musty smell. Could not stay there and had to book another place on a whim, travelled 11 hours to walk in to that. Property was managed through evolve. After 2 weeks was able to get reimbursed for the week. Did not get reimbursed for the hotel that I had to get for a night or the parking pass. Would not recommend anything from...

"Family of 5 fit well in this condo, anything smaller would’ve been too small. The property itself was clean, but definitely old. Our condo, was more updated inside. Kitchen was nice. Everything was clean. The property location to the beach was great. The downsides of the condo, the bedrooms didn’t have ceiling fans; so, even though the air condition worked, it only went down to 68, so as soon as it kicked off, you felt hot. "This was my first stay at this establishment and I will be back. It’s a cool concept, as a self-service hotel. The room was huge and very comfortable. This is basically a renovated older South Carolina mansion. They did an excellent job. It’s the kind of place mywife will love when I bring her back here. Great work with a cool concept! I highly recommend."
