"Lovely Reception area and Spa. Very surprised to learn that some rooms are still waiting for refurbishment as this was the case when we last visited three years ago. Room service excellent and Spa amenities very good. Great location for the town."
"The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable with good air conditioing welcome in the recent heat wave. Ienjoyed walking round the grounds and being able to take a drink out on to the lawn. The surroundings were pleasant."
"The hotel was clearly dated though I had read that the rooms had been updated. I guess we didn't get one of those rooms because ours was really outdated. Tiles in the bathroom were splitting apart at the grout and had black in it. The carpet had stains and burns all over it and was clearly barely attached to the wall. It was clean per day but with all the little corners with black in them it made me a bit uncomfortable.
The air conditioning didn't seem to work until it was on for 3 or more...
"Very comfortable bed and do ask for the firmer pillow as it more more firmer than the current pillow which is more gaseous than feather! The features are all aviation like and very good for transiting via Farnborough airport . The breakfast was rather limited and for the price not as international as one would expect. The staff are generally attentive but the culinary experience needs to improve to attract a more experienced international clientele besides the staff if most of the lest jets...
"Check in was not available until near one hour after the stated time - the room was not ready. Otherwise the stay was good. Breakfast was good, The restaurant is perhaps overpriced for the quality of the food - which was fine. There was also a wedding taking place on the same day and there was a sense that staff resources were stretched to manage both hotel guests and the wedding. The lift also was OOO which was annoying as we had a baby with us."
"This is our third stay at the Lensbury. The staff and hotel manager were wonderful and extremely helpful and caring to my elderly mother. We also enjoyed the sport facilities and the grounds. Thank you"
"A fabulous and characterful hotel with attentive and friendly staff. As a lone female traveller, this hotel makes me feel safe and welcomed.ive never had the chance to use the spa as I’m only ever here for one night for work, but hope one year to extend it by a day or two.
The bed was super comfortable, air conditioning was a noon and very effective.

"I always enjoy my stay at The Bush, with it's beautiful garden, access to town and comfortable rooms. We had a twin room this time, as me and my sister wanted some vey much needed 'together time' in the same room.
The beds were really comfortable, however the pillows were very thin and hard, and didn't have much substance to them.
