There isn’t a door stop to hold the door for the rooms, so you can easily lock yourself out if carrying multiple luggage in or out of the room."

"What a fantastic hotel! I decided to treat myself and it was beyond worth the money. I arrived early and wanted to know if I could either check in early or leave my luggage for a bit. The staff on reception were so friendly, they allowed me to check in early for free! As I use double crutches I was asked if I wanted a room on ground floor or closer to the lift (I was in executive room which are located on 4th floor). "Super convenient and perfect location to the Gatwick North Terminal. Check-in is fast and room is very clean and great service. The only thing to pick on is that room tended to be a bit stuffy if air conditioning is not on. Overall a perfect to stay and take flights. "

"We decided to stay at Clayton Chiswick eventhough it is not in zone 1 or zone 2. This hotel is only 800 feet to Gunnersbury station. We took the district line to Westminster and central London, it’s very convenient. We also took the bus to Hyde park and the bus stop is literally right outside of the hotel. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly. Our room is big and comfortable. The bathroom is also big and modern. We had a great time spending four nights there. "
