"The front desk staff at this property provides curtious and knowledgeable service. I like having the bus terminal right around the corner from the hotel which provided us an easy bus ride back to Hong Kong. The shopping centre is close by too. Restaurant at the Westin Hotel next door was excellent."

"Only issue was the wechat ordering system didn’t allow you to add some items. The staff said it didn’t work. You could add basic items like a drink but if you wanted to add spaghetti pasta for example - it gave you sauce and pasta options but no way to add it to cart. Also, should add English option as it seems most local Chinese guests ordered food from external restaurants. I think most guests to order from hotel would be international visitors who would need English menu. Staff very friendly....

"The location is great, right next to the river and park with an astonishing view of the city from the hotel. The facilities are clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!"

"Urine area for the changing area for gym has really bad smell. Mentioned twice during the stay but still bad stench even though it is not crowded. Other than that the staff attention to details are excellent, always willing to please. This is my second stay so I am glad standards are maintained. Really like the quiet and less crowded area although convenience stores are far. But a taxi ride is just 5-10mins away to the mall. Dining option in the hotel is very limited, so have to go town...

"Great place to stay! Good tidy rooms and friendly staff. Located amongst great parks alongside the river. Shops and transport options a short walk away. Restaurant has a good selection of all types of food. Could do with a refresh in places but a comfortable stay "
