"The room is old, dark, small, and smelly. They do not deserve the label "five star" hotel. The toilet is so old and low quality you have to push down multiple times for it to finally flush. "This place exceeded our expectations. I was skeptical because it had so few reviews but we are so glad we stayed here. Staff is extremely attentive, going above and beyond. Rooms are really nice, high tech and great picture window looking onto the river. They provided free transport to/from the airport, umbrellas and rain jackets if needed and free beer/bottled water. "Overall a very good place to stay. Very close to the National Forest attractions. Staff will need translator to communicate. They can’t understand English but they are very helpful and friendly.
