"Our stay at this beautiful waterfront hotel was absolutely wonderful. The property was clean, cozy, and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was smooth and effortless. And the room… absolutely stunning! The ocean view was breathtaking, the bed and sheets were incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless with a fresh, pleasant scent throughout the room. "The service was great. They have a sister company across the street, so we were able to use their pool as well, and they provided us with beach towels and chairs, umbrellas. The views are spectacular. Minutes away from old San Juan and other beaches."

"Desde el momento que no se acercamos a la calzada de la calle, la experiencia fue única, el personal de recepción sumamente amable, cordial y respetuoso. Nos indicó las amenidades, horarios y todos los detalles importantes. Un hotel acogedor,súper tranquilo. Las camas súper cómodas. Nos sentimos como en casa. Si buscan una opción para pasarla súper bien en Puerto Rico y a la vez tener un descanso reparador con todo céntrico y sentirte mimado, no dejes de visitar."

"The view was nice, room looked nice and clean however, there wasn’t enough counter space. Also, the A/C didn’t put out enough air and didn’t cool the room very well. The one thing that we didn’t appreciate was when there was no transparency when we ordered drinks on the beach in regards to being upfront about the expensive service charge. An average 12 ounce beer and a 12 ounce pina colada…$34 plus a tip, $40 total. Probably won’t stay at this place again."

"Please be advise that any issue the property has you will only get the notice closer to your arrival date or the day of your arrival date.make sure you walk with your own towels they will charge if you use any of theirs even if nothing is wrong. There is no car parking no pool and there is work being done on the property during the day hours. Very old smell. Breakfast isn’t included"

"Everything about the hotel was amazing. The staff was so helpful, patient and understanding. I wish the pool was bigger and in a different place instead of being in the middle of the restaurant. But other than that the breakfast was great as well as the stay. Will definitely be coming back!"

"The hotel price did not match the actual experience and wasn’t worth the money. The room was too small, the condition and maintenance felt outdated, and all of the public facilities were poorly maintained as well. It was also inconvenient to get from the hotel lobby to the guest rooms."
