"Hotel very well located within the centre of Bristol but in a fairly quiet small pedestrian street.
Quite a maze to get to your room depending on which you get. The room and bathroom is clean and a good standard 4 star hotel experience. Bed could be bigger as they’re only UK king.
Breakfast is not good, the buffet and sitting area is too small for the number of rooms and the hot options are not good either. Scrambled eggs were rubber like, and the rest isn’t great either. I would skip...
"Fabulous stay - clean, spacious, all mod cons provided plus state of the art hair dryer & straighters - nice touch! Cold & hot water taps in corridor too. They really have thought of everything. Diner on site with amazing breakfast. Loved our stay - wish we were staying longer."
"Absolute gem! Pleasantly surprised for a city hotel.
Room was beautifully decorated with everything you’d need thought of.
Foyer and public areas are extremely tastefully designed.
Excellent on site secure car park."
"The cleaning staff were lovely. The room was comfortable. However
when I booked and paid for this room it was The Bristol Hotel but by the time I got there it was a Leonardo Group establishment. Had I known this I would not have booked here as I have a moral objection to this hotel group for humanitarian reasons. I am so disappointed and angry and will never book this hotel again."
"Place is clean and cozy. Rooms are a bit on smaller side and in some of them do have smell of dump (due to shower room being part of the room). Very nice and polite staff, good restaurant and gym. Nice swimming pool."
"Clean room good size if you are travelling with luggage . Good bathroom all spotless and well looked after
Great breakfast with lots of choice and even hot sauce
The tiny negative was that the room was hot even in Oct and the aircon wasn’t strong enough to cool it down"
"We were here for a party, the room was very nice and the food was very good. We had a drink and met friends in the bar before hand, there was a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in there and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a lovely breakfast and there was plenty of choice. We didn't use the spa but it looked busy and inviting."
"Lovely hotel with a restaurant set inside a historic giant glassworks kiln. The staff were helpful and parking was available on site (£18/night). Good location for a weekend event in Bristol"
"⭐⭐ Disappointing stay — facilities not worth the price
Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my stay. The hotel feels very dated and considering the price, I expected a much better standard of accommodation and facilities. There were also several issues with the room. The ground-floor window would not lock, which was concerning from a security point of view. The shower-to-bath setting didn’t work, and the bathroom extractor fan could not be switched off. It was extremely loud and kept...
