"Beautiful hotel, very elegant decor and layout. They are on the 15th floor and up so you have wonderful views of the city from your room, we even had an amazing sunset view. We had their double room on the 18th floor which was very nice but I would note that their double rooms seem to be meant for 1 person not 2, the bed was smaller than other doubles and had no outlet/side table on the other side of the bed. Washing machines on each floor was very useful. Location was great, quiet and in a business area but very accessible by train or walking. Combinis around every corner also. "

"Room big, beds comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Location closed to amenities . Like the shuttle bus punctual and bus driver helpful. Feel safe, can walk around, good location. We enjoyed our stay, like the kimonos in room and Free water... Love the service for luggage transfer, very convenient. Would recommend friends to stay when visit Kyoto."
