"When we arrived the air conditioning was on in our room and it was so cold. It was cold outside so I have no idea why it had been left on. As you entered the hotel it was so warm then going into our room was very uncomfortable. Staff did come up and said it would take some time to warm up which it did so sadly the only time we really spent in the room it was freezing. Also it was incredibly difficult to get ready. "Mid week overnight stay. We had the golf view. Used the pool, outdoor hot tub and sauna. Had evening meal which was lovely and reasonable price. Buffet style breakfast. Staff friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend and hope to return. "

"We have just returned from a two day stay at Two Rivers, Chepstow. Our room was small but clean. The room was next to the entrance door and we experienced a lot of noise when the door opened and closed. My husband twice requested an extra pillow but it never materialised. We ate in the restaurant on both nights. The food was very nice but we had to chase the waitress for our desserts on both occasions. "

Expedia should make this clear on their website as the reviews all say how lovely the spa is butno mention of the £15 per person each day required which puts an additional £60 on an overnight stay if you want to go in when you get there and before you leave."
