"The otter was a very nice quiet and comfortable property. It’s close enough to downtown area and far away enough from the crowds. The convenient bus pass they give you is a nice perk, quick bus ride without car hassles. The hot tub was fabulous and I slept like a rock in the bed which I found very comfortable. I also liked the tea kettle and slightly larger frig in the room. The breakfast in the restaurant was really good. I’m glad I chose the otter."

"The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a bit farther out from downtown to walk but you get free transit tickets. Overall great stay and experience. We most of all enjoyed the pool."

"Everything was great! The hotel has an excellent location. You can walk everywhere from the hotel or take the bus just steps off the hotel. The hotel provides you with buss passes if needed. The hot tub and fire is great. We went end of April so it was not packed which was nice however most of the lakes were still frozen. Still Banff was magical. The room are kind of small but everything is so well kept. The shampoo and soap provided are from the Rocky Mountain brand which smells amazing and...

"Super cool. I was bummed that the newer rooms have less "character" than the older rooms. Also, we were never able to connect our computer to the tv due to a bad internet connection. And, the air conditioning was either too hot or too cold...we could never get the right temperature in the room."
