"Just checked out from a six-night stay here. LOVED my room - a business room with a sea view. I normally don’t get too hung up on sea views but this one was special. Spent a lot of room time sitting in my little alcove with its big bay windows, staring out to sea and the Tower of Refuge, contemplating the tides. Perfectly located. Great for walking along the beautiful promenade and shopping along the Strand. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were wonderful and super helpful....

"The hotel is very dated, not very clean and not maintained very well. Stayed there because it was a Best Western, but it wasn't of the same quality of a Best Western Hotel. The elevators were reliable, front desk not very friendly. Glad I was able to store my luggage prior to checking in to another hotel nearby for the TT races."

"Best hotel on the Promenade. Elegant, dark wood, beautiful artwork. Clean rooms. Nice restaurant and bar. Claire, Tim & Tony run a top notch hotel. Love it. ❤️ Jack is an ace in the bar and restaurant 👌. Only slight 'complaint' I can imagine is, They should offer better pillows or different types, goose or foam would've been better than current pillows. Would highly recommend."
