"Overall a comfortable and good stay. Staff are friendly and greet you every time they see you. Room is spacious but you may get one that had a cigarette smell..make sure you open the windows to get the smell out. Very close to MRT which is a bonus. But food wise, thats hard to find without walking in early morning. Shopping centre food court dont open until 10am. Definitely value for money. Should consider their breakfast option included in the room rate."

"Le Meridien is a brand new hotel, very modern, but a bit short-staffed. It is a bit removed from the center of Xi'an, but quite close to the Terra Cotta site (ca 30 minutes), which was great for us as tourists. The breakfast was very good. We stayed in a "club" room so we had free access to the top floor lounge with a small dinner buffet and refreshments. When we checked in we found out that our room had two twin beds for the three of us, so the manager accommodated us by moving us to a king...

"This was our fourth stay at the Wyndham in Xi'an. The service was great and the concierge was especially friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful hotel and very convenient to the sights of Xi'an. The only complaint we had was our dinner at Tang. My meal came much earlier than my husband's. In fact, I was finished eating by the time his arrived. "

"The property is good with everything else but they won't turn on their AC system when the room temperature is already at 29C degree, the hotel cut off main AC so no matter what we do with the control inside, the temperature stay up, we complained but hotel says that's the way it is. I pay for a good experience, and temperature is important. for a hotel at this rate and this type of amenities, providing AC should be a requirement regardless of it is cool outside.
