"My experience from check in to check out was great! The front desk staff were courteous (well, I guess that’s a given at any hotel, but I’ve been at certain hotels that were not the case), very helpful and knowledgeable. The room that I got had an amazing view, the location of the hotel is just outside of the ‘central hub’ but still very walkable. Overall, I had a great time and hopefully will be back very soon!"

"You can stay all day in the hotel using the outdoor pool or booking for the spa, food is a really good standard and staff are welcoming. The only complaint and disappointment is no kettle in room or tea and coffee. As well as complimentary water. You expect this in a 4 star. Also no iron. "

"This is a fantastic hotel located very close to the Oceanographic, one of Valencia’s top attractions. It’s attached to a shopping centre where there is a Mercadona, a great supermarket similar to Sainsbury’s in quality/price. The shopping centre also has a decent bookstore, a Zara shop and a Lego shop where kids can play for free. Valencia is a city designed for walking. Reception team friendly but seemed to have a fairly major miscommunication regarding booking taxis for a big group of us which included large baggage (bikes) plus suitcases, despite us triple checking that sufficient number of taxis were booked for people and luggage. Half of our group (5 people) had to walk to the airport at 4 in the morning."

"Great spot in a great neighborhood. No fine dining here but a nice room, firm bed, strong wifi and good breakfast offered (great fresh orange juice), with many shopping and dining options in the charming walkable Rafassa neighborhood behind the hotel. "

"2 night stay on our way South. Weather was disappointing. Hotel right next to a park which was perfect for our dog. Dogs accepted in the hotel but not dog friendly, Dogs only allowed in room and not left in room on there own. Parking next door at extra charge Hotel about 20/30 min walk into València. Shopping center 10 mins walk with all the popular restaurants if you just want a’fast food’ type meal which is handy when you have a dog. Mc D, Taco Bell etc"
