"Very friendly and helpful staff in all departments, very clean room and exceptionally comfy bed.....the breakfast was first class and plenty of it.....also, loads of parking and really close to Stratford centre only a five minute walk. We'll definitely be back, "

"Spa was excellent I had a room in The Paddocks and (as a single female) felt quite vulnerable on the 5 minute walk to and from the main building behind quite a tall hedge. Also my room wasn’t made up prior to the second night. The Poolside was lovely, staff were great and food/bar area all as expected. Will visit again (but ensure I’d be staying in the main building). "

"Stayed for 2 nights , 2nd night I could hear a humming what sounded like a generator or something similar which was slightly annoying. AC worked well , food was excellent "
