"Parked at jet park 3 and got shuttle to terminal 3 then walked to the Clayton, checked in using the machine but then had to ask for vip perk, all staff were great behind reception and in bar/ restaurant area. We got a good night sleep and walked to terminal 1 the following morning "

"We loved our stay in this beautiful hotel, the staff were super attentive and made us feel so welcome, wish we could've stayed longer! Only slight gripes would be the room, although beautifully furnished, it was on the small side and the check in process was lengthy due to everybody checking in at the same time but as I said these are minor things and wouldn't put us off another stay. "Great rooms.Unfortunately we were at the main road end of the building where building work is taking place and it was very noisy, even with soundproofing, from early in the morning. My daughters were at the opposite end of the building and it was also noisy with lorries loading at around 3am. Other than this we had a great stay. Great breakfast too"

"Booked as it is within easy walking distance of the co-op live arena. Wanted convenient, clean and not overly expensive accommodation which is what I got. Would definitely book again when going to the arena in the future."
