"my first stay was fine. the second was horrible. the breakfast is good and the location is good. this is all that is good. but there are plenty of other hotels with good breakfast and great location. this time the room was atrocious-the bed had a nook and you can bump your head if not being careful. I had to put a pillow to block it. they only gave one little body lotion for two people-i guess we supposed to share a little paper sample between two people. cute, right?! also, my paper cups were never replaced. for all days that I stayed there, the cleaning lady never put clean, new cups. should be a very basic thing to do: check the room for basics and replace used ones. a day before my departure, i asked the front desk guy to make a note to call me a taxi to the airport for the next day. the front desk guy told me that they DO NOT call taxi. he has told me that I only could order a limo-YES, A LIMO- from the hotel directly which is double price of taxi or more than triple of the train ticket. he then winked at me-another cute moment from this hotel. I was not interested and obviously, I made other arrangements myself. for those who want to go to coliseum or some other attraction via a taxi-guys, you can travel in style in limo. besides, according to some front desk guy, that is the only option lol. how absurd is that? on the morning of my check out the other guy who did my check our asked if I want.... a taxi. book this place at your own risk... "

"Hi we stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our spacious room. We stayed in a junior suite that was clean and housekeeping was great! The location is in the Prati region which is nice and quiet with lots of restaurants, cafes and shopping within walking distance. Also Lepatano Metro Station was a 10min walk away. The Vatican was a 20min walk away. The hotel staff was amazing and helped answer all our questions. The only negative I can think of is that the hotel had a scent infused into the lobby that at times we found overpowering. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family"

"Our room was clean, comfortable and quite large by European standards. Furniture was perhaps a bit dated, but perfectly serviceable. The mattress was quite hard, but did the job. The breakfast served was very good and had a wide variety of food. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location in Prati is a nice area and there are many good places to eat around, but be prepared for a bit of a walk to most of the attractions (Vatican City, Colosseum, Forum, etc. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend."

"Hotel for us was in a great location in easy reach of the tourist attractions but also with restaurants and shops close by and a reasonable walk from Stadio Olympico. Staff were great, breakfasts were good. Room was clean. Bathroom was quite small but compared to other hotels in area was priced ok. I would stay there again."
