"The property is in a good location, but the ac in our room was not working. The gym takes a different key and we were only allowed 1 key for our room."
"The Starhotel Terminus is conveniently located right outside the Napoli Centrale train station. We had an early train to catch so it made travel extremely easy. Don't let the outside fool you inside the decor is beautiful. They provided luggage storage before check in which allowed us the opportunity to explore the area freely. There are a variety of restaurants located on the same block as the hotel. The rooms were clean, very spacious and quite cozy. The Odeon restaurant was very nice and the...

"Location is in a bad area. No dining options around. It is close to rental car and airport though. Uncomfortable bed and flat pillows. Do not recommend it at all."
"We loved our stay. Slightly out of Sorrento but that made for a lovely quiet trip but with Sorrento walking distance away. The hotel was modern, clean and with great casual restaurants close by .. but what made it AMAZING was the staff who were without exception WONDERFUL.. helpful, friendly and cheerful.. they were great. One receptionist even walked us to show us the location of a beach club and bar after we asked for recommendations.. we loved our stay and will return."
"The Hotel is in a great location. The beach is right in front of you and you can walk to it in three minutes time. The Hotel gives you towels to use on the free beach, or cherge you 25 Euros to rent an umbrella and two chairs. Pluse they have a bar and food at the Lido. A little eavy charges for Parking 25 Euros per night. But considering how hard it is to find parking in the area, I guess is not too bad. The roof top Pool, Bar, and Restaurante are very convenient and good quality food. We had...
