"Best location in Zakopane. Close to hiking trails. Close to the commercial center of town. Swimming pool, or two. Spa. Play room for children.. views of Giewont from many rooms. Balconies in some rooms. Excellent and very elaborate buffet breakfast until 11 AM (!) Nearby restaurant Karczma Biały Potok. A little further, but not to be missed, Karczma Czarci Jar. When in the commercial center do not miss STRH, and it is easy to miss."

"Quarto e banheiro bem grande.

"Amazing hotel in Zakopane, we had a huge apartment and the breakfast was incredible! The rooftop hot tub is perfect after a long hike, but it needs to be reserved so do so in advance because time slots fill up fast!"

The receptionist was very kind and friendly. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast wasn't a buffet, but a fixed menu from which you can choose one item. "Perfecto, paisaje precioso, amabilidad y buen servicio "

"(1) Completely no English-language TV channel available, such as BBC or CNN. (2) The soundproofing is poor. Late at nights or early in the mornings, people are often dragging furniture around and making noise. (3) There are also groups of dogs outside that bark intermittently. (4) For any inquiries or questions, please leave a message and wait for a reply. Response times may vary! Personally I consider it is slow. (5) All the trash in the room must be cleaned up by guests ourselves."

"Very beautiful place"

"All was perfect but for brackfast need to book in advance Becuse most of coffee shops and restaurants 10 to 15 minutes far away"

"Cold in the room, the radiators doesn't work. Staff ignored me and no one came to solve this problem. I'm very disappointed. I've wasted more money on medication than on any pleasures."
