Everything was fine, clean hotel, swimming area as well, basically nothing to complain really. If I would be picky I would say that the furniture was classic and there was no queen size bed but two beds joined. The staff so nice and helpful made our short stay really pleasant.

Wszystko by było idealnie gdyby nie to ze na śniadaniu w pewnym momencie z czterech ciepłych dań (parówki, jajecznica, bekon, naleśniki) dostępne było tylko jedno a panie które zamiast sprawdzać czy czegoś nie brakuje stały i patrzyły się nie wiem na co. Poza tym wszystko ok. PS. Jeszcze parkowanie 30zł dla gości hotelowych to trochę za dużo

Были с семьей со 2 по 6 января. В Закопане ездим более 20 лет и много где проживали.Есть с чем сравнивать. Хороший отель с хорошим завтраком. Бесплатная парковка , местоположение не в центре Это хорошее сочетание цены и качества, комфорта и удобства. Есть спа-центр, но к сожалению мало им пользовались, так как все свое время проводили то на горках, то прогулки по городу.Отель рекомендую

Hotel was lovely, staff too, the parking was excellent, swimming pool,sauna, hot tub, steam room all amazing. The only negative I could find was that the hotel was located a good 20 minutes walk from the center of Zakopane.

Excellent service (the staff had this no-problem attitude - super positive) and fantastic free breakfast. No negatives. Rooms were not over the top but very clean, cozy and comfortable.

Fantastiskt hotell. Fint spa. Härliga behandlingar. Fina rum. Extrasängen var bra- brukar ju vara dåliga sängar annars. Vi är väldigt nöjda. Bra mat också. Låg centralt. Lätt o gå till bussen och åka mot bergen.
