"Piscine tres agréable"

"A really great location and a well kept hotel. Spa is lovely, i went in the evening and was the only one in there"

"There is a dreadful smell of raw sewage in the car park. There was a dead pigeon there when we stayed too - nobody cleaned it away for the five days of our visit. The entire lobby stinks of chlorine coming from the spa. The cleaners tried to clean our room at 8.30am, in what must be categorised as a holiday, not a business, hotel. "hôtel parfait"

"L’accueil, chambre et petit déjeuner"

"Lovely hotel close to centre; Clean; Friendly & helpful team; Pool and spa; Secure parking."

"Nice property in the heart of Aix-Les-Bains. This a is a converted old building, with a modern touch. Comfortable room with a nice, large bathroom. Perfect for our quick stay. Note- there is no elevator/lift, but staff was helpful bringing luggage up and down the stairs. We enjoyed our stay."

"The tent assigned to us was in a good location–we had our privacy. It's a very family-friendly and dog-friendly as well. Many activities to do and near to the lake."
