"The staff although were nice in some ways, but the reception staff lack experience and knowledge. Although I checked in online before arrival, I had to queue in a long line with other customers who didn’t check in online. That was because the online check-in counter staff was not available. The staff wanted to charge me the room fees again as he couldn’t locate the evidence of payment through Expedia. I refused to pay and had to escalate to a manager who could find my payment in the system. The inexperienced staff just acted as if nothing had happened. I recommend to avoid this hotel!"

I also appreciated that underground parking was included. That said, this property is clearly geared toward business travelers, not solo leisure stays. For what you get, it felt overpriced. The location is convenient for airport access if you have a car, but otherwise it’s not particularly appealing or enjoyable to spend time around. The garage was usable but not smooth to navigate, which became a minor daily frustration. The hotel itself was also quite noisy at times. Food was a weak point. Breakfast was acceptable, but overall dining quality was below expectations. Overall, I’d rate it around a 3/5. If you’re a business traveler needing quick airport access, it does the job well. For a solo traveler looking for a more relaxed or enjoyable stay, there are better options."
