"Great room, excellent size, and solid design interior. Everything was clean but the vestibule and room common hallways had a smell to it, which the team addressed once I reported it. Emerson and Kai are excellent hosts. Incredib.y warm, welcoming, and comfortable to talk to"

"I enjoyed the stay its an amazing site when you see it"

"The staff are wonderful. The hotel itself is clean. I've stayed here in the past and would stay again. There was an issue this time beyond their control regarding the city turning off the water. However, they did make good with partial refund."

"Room was clean. A few weird quirks like no hand towel ring, loose towel bar, obvious patches, but otherwise nice enough. Didn’t feel much more premium than a standard hotel."

"The location and airport shuttle were good. One of the front doors was not working, one elevator was not working. No hot water in room, a discount voucher was offered for the inconvenience. However the communication about restaurant opening hrs was poor."
