"No response for request for keys, never received request for info email; immediaye voice mail with no call back. HAD TO GET A ROOM ELSEWHERE. Hotels.com should NOT offer this place to stay when it is confirmed you get no help/immediate response. It was 7 pm at night, NOT the 10 pm advertised late check in."

"This property is beautiful and spacious. Very close to everything we wanted to do, Garden of the Gods, Castle (William Parker), pikes Peak COG railway, Royal Gorge, etc. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and they were very clean and great water pressure for the showers. "This place was amazing!! It was perfect for our family and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to accommodate a large family. Such a lovely home I would definitely stay here again. "

After reaching out you will have to pay 50$ or 1000$ deductible on a different website to get the email from the manager with the code. They did respond very quickly but paired with no service in the area it took an hour to...

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The house itself was beautiful, equipped with all the facilities we could possibly need. On top of that, the view was absolutely fantastic – a perfect place to relax and enjoy."
