Exactly what we needed! Clean rooms, games for the kids and near all the trails in Colorado Springs. I might have missed it in the description but we did have trouble getting in the rental. You will need to reach out to the property manager to initiate getting your door code. After reaching out you will have to pay 50$ or 1000$ deductible on a different website to get the email from the manager with the code. They did respond very quickly but paired with no service in the area it took an hour to get inside. But I must say after we got inside the property everything was perfect. I will definitely be staying here again when we visit Colorado Springs again!

This house was perfect for our 5-day stay. It was located close to everything we had planned. It was spacious and had everything we needed.

Upon entry kitchen water was blasting out of the faucet. I was asked to keep the water on for the duration of my visit. No insulation in the kitchen a whole side of the house so it was freezing and drafty. There was unfinished construction in the kitchen, an abandoned door that was nailed shut, with cold air piling in. The walkway wasn't shoveled and full of snow. On the last night we wanted to soak in the hot tub and found the water cloudy and murky definitely not maintained properly. We requested a partial refund, still waiting for the property management to return our email.
