My request for a one-hour late checkout was declined without flexibility. In addition, some basic amenities were missing, such as slippers in the room, no welcoming music or atmosphere at the reception, and a request for extra towels was also refused. I hope these points will be improved to enhance the guest experience."

"The property and its garden are amazing, but contrary to advertised there is no bar no restaurant and it is remote. But if you want a stunning, quiet bed and breakfast with a beautiful pool look no further."

"Rooms were very clean and well looked after. Staff were great and the hotel is a great place to stay with great fascilities and food. Downside is the bars all close at 11 o'clock for all inclusive and the only option hten is to use a bar where you have to pay for drinks etc."
