"Good location, clean room and friendly staff. Would recommend if staying in Surfers Paradise."

"Great"

"We stayed in a Panoramic Executive Room, which was excellent and offered beautiful views. However, the executive lounge experience could have been better. The breakfast selection and afternoon canapés were disappointing, with limited variety. The breakfast menu remained the same throughout our stay, and more variety would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, there were no laundry facilities available for guests to use. On a positive note, the staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly and...

"Leider keine Mikrowelle im Zimmer und nur ein Mini-Kühlschrank. Alles andere soweit o.k., Lage sehr gut."

"good value nice room we would stay again"

"It was honestly nothing like the pics on the website. It was very run down and very small room for what we paid. No service in the rooms at all, so not even toilet paper top up or clean towels. For the price we paid I was very surprised."

"Would recommend. Clean, great staff, modern."

"Amazing location, staff were so friendly and helpful, food was amazing rooms were awesome cannot speak highly enough of the place, absolutely loved it."

"The kindness, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff were amazing-Julia (assisting with restaurant) was wonderful as were the staff at Reception. Breakfast was outstanding. The common toilets at Reception needed to be regularly cleaned though-strong smell. Noticed when I arrived and was waiting for my room-not a good first impression"

"Very nice. Clean, quiet and affordable."

"great location beautiful modern rooms great facilities the toilet roll dispenser was in a difficult to reach place and the toilet paper was super thin you think a place this nice would have a least 2 ply toilet paper it was quite expensive for our stay as we didnt realise that a country music festival was on the weekend we stayed also wasnt happy to find a large cockroach in the laundry"

"Bit clunky getting to the place, but once you follow all the instructions, it was all ok. Very nice location. Would definitely recommend."

"Probably my 10th or 11th stay in the complex. A relaxing apartment with a useful-sized balcony and water views. Coffee shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance, as is the light rail. The complex has an indoor and an outdoor pool, gym, and sauna. There is onsite parking, if required. The lounge suite in the apartment is probably ready for replacement, but all in all it was a great time away."

"Great apartment, nice views, good location"
