"Love stay as usual. Want happy about the bar area. One of the female members of staff was very rude to my wife we she wasn’t with me. The night ended it tears. It was completely uncalled for. Toilet in the room had mild around the rim made me feel a bit sick while in the bath trying to relax. Nice cub. Let down by the staff at the bar as and we’re only in there for 5 minutes getting a jug of water and ice as the room was rather warm"

"Firstly the staff werent aware of the reply to the email you sent. It looked really tired inside and out. The carpets were worn or stained. The bar carpet was rucked up. We ordered coffees and got called to the bar to collect them, whereas normally they would be brought to the table. My wife asked for vegan sausage and a runny egg, as all the eggs brought out were firm. The sausages were under cooked and the egg again was firm. We were very disapointed. "We were looking for a quiet, comfortable spot for a few days to unwind. The Dales fit the bill perfectly. The location is such that whilst the hotel is in the heart of the countryside, it is also close to many Norfolk attractions and holiday spots. The staff were professional, attentive and personable. "This was our second visit to Cromer Country Club and it didn’t disappoint. Friendly and helpful staff, good accommodation, walkable to the beach over sometimes tricky terrain. We used the games room (lovely sunset views!) and the pool and hot tub, all of which were very clean as was the whole resort. The sustainability aspects are wonderful and if we had realised we could have requested a compost bin for our food waste we would have done so (our fault for not reading the info leaflet properly!)"

"Incredible hidden gem of a hotel. Modern and unique with a zero staff check-in policy using digital keypads to access the rooms. Having breakfast included at the bakery downstairs was a real treat each morning! Fab location, the pub across the road is super too and hold a must visit quiz night! "

"The hotel is in the beautiful setting and location wise it is great. Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean/modern. My main criticism of the hotel is the fact that you have to book a swim session and you only get 30mins per day. That was a real disappointment . Being there with a young family, we would have appreciated the flexibility and freely available use of the pool. One other point to note was that the plugs in the room were not placed thoughtfully. "We had an exceptional stay at the Marsham Arms! All the staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful.The room was like home from home, very clean, nice quality furniture and furnishings. "A beautiful inn! Although the Library room was smaller than expected, it was incredibly cosy and we enjoyed the stay. The restaurant staff are delightful - so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. We had dinner one of the nights we stayed and it was lovely (as were the free breakfasts). Great location - so close to the coast and perfect for a mini getaway. Would definitely recommend!"

For the price (£170) would have expected a decent level coffee offer and maybe a small fridge . As a frequent traveler this would be expected at this price level .
