"New property so things are in good condition. Toilet didn’t flush very well throughout the stay. There was a strange odour in the room but not so bad that it was uninhabitable. The staff had no idea there was a sofa bed. They initially had no idea what to do as we had booked a room for three (1 adult and 2 children) but they told me there were no rooms at the hotel with a sofa bed. Eventually a third member of staff confirmed there were sofa beds but that the other staff hadn’t been told...

"The hotel is located on the river and the view was lovely. It is close to public transportation portals. Food options during the day were great but all the restaurants nearby closed really early (6 p.m.), even on the weekend. The staff was fabulous! The room was cold and I had much difficulty using the thermostat to regulate the room temperature. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future."
