Property is old and although some of the decor in the rooms are new, the amenities, carpeting, and general condition of the property are poor. "Can't blame the Hotel for the construction, they must be doing a tremendous job overcoming the shortcomings. Please let me give a shout out to some wonderful people at the Wyndham: JT saw to my truck with some outstanding Valet Service both arriving and departing, John Easly expeditiously saw to my bags getting to my room with only my nod, Kenya got ice for me when all he really needed to say was I could get it from the 10th floor (I was on 5), and maintenance Matt (?) took care of my TV. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is I'm waiting to find out how much cleaning the carpet will be due to my service dog having a sick stomach (Front desk personnel told me not to worry about it when I inquired what the 'normal' rate was for such clean ups). Otherwise a wonderful experience and if I'm ever in OKC again and need a place they will be on my call list."
