"The front desk person on the first night we checked in was robotic. The nighttime front desk person was snippy when my daughter asked for an extra roll of toilet paper. The following day the front desk person during the day was friendly and very professional (8/1/26). The room was clean except for the shower which had hair in it. Cleanliness is very important to me so this was quite offensive to me. The main entree at the wedding in the Grand Ballroom Saturday night was absolutely the worst food...

"Overbooked. I had a reservation for a superior room with 2 double beds. When I got there the room the gave me had one king sized bed. They told me I could open the couch, it was a sleeper sofa. Problem is...it wasn't. They sent housekeeping to search for a cot. 45 minutes later they found one in storage. Cot was placed in the room and was made by midnight. (One hour and five minutes after my arrival)"

"You have to pay for WiFi and pay for parking, but overall good experience"
