"Really enjoyed our stay here. Room was lovely bar a very large dark dirt mark across one of the chairs. Great location and so quiet despite being so close to the main road! Slightly disappointed by the diner as when we got there half the menu was not available due to not having enough ingredients. Other than that would highly reccomend this hotel for a staycation "

The restaurant served excellent food and we followed the restaurant to sheep restaurant at stow-on the wold, as We couldn’t get enough of it. Will Definitely return. "

"This is our second stay while visiting Oxford. Hotel was in a quiet area north or city centre, with ample parking. Staff were attentive and helpful. Rooms were quiet, clean and had all the facilities you would expect. We paid for the breakfast option, and it was very generous with good continental spread and cooked options. "With a lake and stream and woodland. I enjoyed hearing the Tawny Owls hooting just behind the hotel, and seeing the Grey Wagtails taking food to their nest by the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good to have electric vehicle charging on site too!"
