I raised this again with reception and had to request that we be relocated, which was eventually arranged. I would have expected the hotel to offer a room change before carrying out maintenance, rather than us needing to ask. The breakfast was also disappointing. The quality was poor, with mostly frozen pastries and very limited variety. The cooked breakfast was overly oily and had a noticeable smell of burnt oil."
