"We had early acces to our room, which was good. But there was dust all alongside the walls. The bed was not steady enough, very soft matras. Also, someone from the reception walked into our room while we were in it. Without knocking! Very unprofessional. There were reddish stains on the bed linnen. After mentioning this to the front desk, we said we will not come back again. And the response was, well I think we tried our best. Only apologies, no resolutions to help solve the problem or to try...

"It is a charming hotel. The staff at check in is mostly young people. It could be by chance but when I had interactions with them, they were unprofessional. They were talking amongst each other, which I don’t mind… but they gave me the keys and I was not able to use it to open my room… twice when checking in. Once I understand , but twice… it is frustrating, more so when there was no apology given. I felt like I was interrupting something… I don’t know how to explain it. I have to go back to the...
