"Fantastic place to stay within easy walking distance to rail service's and the river. Room was very spacious with small kitchen and plenty of places to hang clothes. Bed was very comfortable only down side was the plug in the wah hand basin once pushed down to fill sink with water to shave, i didnt know you had to go under the sink and fiddle about with rod's to push the plug back up to allow water to drain away. "The hotel’s location is ideal as it’s conveniently located very near the train station. The rooms are comfortable & clean, with the bathroom well-designed. Service is very good especially the front desk staff such as Ms Egle who was very helpful in giving us travel & eating recommendations. We will stay here again on our next visit. "

"Overall amazing place , to stay . Reception staff excellent and easy to check in /check out. Great use of grounds with outside cinema , and different areas of relax. But restaurants/bars area extremely slow service and plenty of them not managed at all, walking around in different sections of huge restaurants area but not really doing anything. Need good hospitality management and clear instructions for staff. Food average, if you finally can place order. "

"Worst hotel ever. When we checked in and tried to enter the elevator, it didn't work with our room card and staff told us, to carry our luggage up the stairs. We arrived in our room and it was very disgusting. There was dust on everything, looked like it wasn't cleaned for months. Bathroom wasn't cleaned too. Also, we ordered room with AC and it wasn't there. So we complained to the staff and they relocated us to another room. No more dust, but not very clean either. There wasn't AC again and...
