"Service at reception - did not answer my calls when I knew someone was there. Not really as welcoming as I thought either, when arriving there. I have also been charged £42 unnecessarily on my credit card. I was told at the end of the stay that I should have any charges and that it should reverse out in next few days (in addition to the deposit that I had paid)."

"The room was clean, spacious with a very comfortable bed and lots of plugs for all your electronics. Amenities included electric water kettle, hair dryer, iron and board, safety box. I also thought the restaurant and room service offers were excellent. The staff at check in desk was very helpful and accommodating. Great customer service and the hotel is very close to the airport T2, however if you arrive or depart from T1 or T3 it’s quite a walk, I wish they would offer a shuttle for T3 at...

"Loved the facilities and room :) we had a great 3 day stay. Only thing we didn't like is the TV not registering hdmi so we couldn't watch any movies during our down time after hikes and swimming, and the live TV didn't work often. Other than that we were mostly outdoors and exploring Peak District but coming back to a clean room and relaxing in the hot tub and pool was great. "

"The staff, bar area and room were excellent. However the bed was the worst I have ever attempted to sleep on, at one point in the night I was convinced the floor maybe softer. I achieved about 2 hours of sleep on the mattress and woke up in pain. "
