"Great hotel with perfect location. Room was large and had great amenities. We departed at 5am and the staff were so prepared for our early departure with a cab for the airport waiting!"

"Brand new hotel near Shin Osaka station. A little bit of a walk thank goodness it wasn't raining. Lawson's 2 minutes away. Didn't interact with the staff except during check in. Nice new and clean. Public bath was nice and large and dressing room had great air-conditioning which helps cool you down after a bath. Only stayed for one night but would return if ever in Osaka. Entertainment areas easily reached on Subway."

"Out of all the hotels we have been at these have been the best dryers available. We left with dry clothes for once ! It was a clean hotel and able to get to places fairly easily. Though one thing I will mention is having to get an app to check in was a bit annoying and that all parties in my group had to do that. But other than that we enjoyed out stay !"

"The hotel is located in a very accessible area. Dotonbori is walkable…15-20mins. On your way, you will see a lot of restaurants as well. The lobby is nicely decorated and the staff are all helpful and attentive of our needs."
