"We have stayed here every year at least once, when flying through cph. This was the first time we were really disappointed. The breakfast is amazing and the ease to the airport is unparalleled. BUT this year, the hotel seemed a bit run down, the pool was closed for maintenance and repairs, the glasses and bath tub were dirty and though the thermostat was set at 17, the room was hot and we all sweated all night long. The staff checked it and told us there wasn’t anything wrong. Super...

"Overall a great trip. Would have been nice to not have to collect tea and coffee for the room each day as these were not refilled (at all) when the room was cleaned but that’s a small issue."

"The room was clean and well appointed and the view was nice. I wish the room would have gotten colder at night but no matter what the temperature I put the thermostat to it stayed the same. Staff were very nice and helpful. Elevator was really fast. Great location!"

"Breakfast and lounge were fabulous. Staff was helpful and quick to respond. Towels were extra large. We stayed on the 6th floor and had a small balcony that overlooked the square. We were facing away from trivoli so could hear the fireworks but could not see them. Location was good for pubs and close to main walking streets. Really convenient to catch the metro to town and the airport."

"The check in process was one of the worst I have ever experienced. Overall, it is a nice hotel but the prices for food were astronomical and I found it surprising that hotel guests were charged a large amount to use Normal spa facilities that are usually included given the hotel prices. "

"Lovely modern hotel 2 mins from the central train station and metro! The only reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is in the single room the bed was positioned sideways so there wasn’t a headboard to lean on and the shower unit was extremely right!"
