"The location is nice, close to Colosseum and other shops/restaurants."

"Wonderful hotel in a great location in Rome. Close to Roma Termini rail station and the Metro. Quiet and lovely common areas. Nice restaurant with breakfast buffet included. Nice Live Music at night. Advertised with air conditioning but because we were there in late October staff said it was "not season" and thus no AC. They did bring a fan to our room and it was comfortable. Rooms are advertised with bathtub/shower combination but our Deluxe Room only had a shower. Would have loved a...

"La chambre était propre en arrivant, les lites sont confortables. Petit bémol sur la salle de bain, chasse d'eau un peu capricieuse et réglage de la température d'eau pas évidente. Mais dans l'ensemble, ça s'est bien passé (3 nuits)"

"الموقع ممتاز ولكن اثاث الفندق قديم والغرف صغيرة جدا"

"Great breakfast options! Great location! Friendly staff! Has elevators! Room was clean and comfortable! Highly recommended"

"It is a place that almost has everything"

"There was a random exercise bike in our room. Extremely weird. One night stay and we didn’t want to take the time to change rooms. Hotel was ok, but paid way too much. This is a 3 star at the most hotel."

"The breakfast choices were expansive - including all they could think of to please foreign travelers- however, the eggs were always cold and the pastries were lacking. I would have loved to have had a legit buttery cornetto instead of a soft bready thing that looked like a croissant. But that is the only complaint I can come up with. The staff was fabulous and helpful, the hotel was beautiful and we loved having aperitivo on the rooftop bar."

"It was nice place, good stuff very helpful. and the hotel very clean. and good place"

"Very good service and generous."

"The desk staff were curt, unpleasant and unhelpful, I had double hip replacement surgery a year ago and the elevator was out of order for 3 days of my stay forcing me to clime 10 flights of stairs to the 5th floor. It was very painful. The only real positive was the cafe manager who also served the guests at breakfast. He was friendly, attentive and provided great service."

"I loved the uniqueness of staying in an old monastery. There were many fun and interesting twists and turns for the different rooms on several different levels. It was also a great location near the train station."

"The staff was great. Both pleasant and courteous. The room was adequate but needs to be updated soon. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great."

"Clean room, not great overall ambience and decor (at least for my taste), looks like a Vegas hotel stuck in 2010. Too much air freshener everywhere. Close enough to the Colosseum et al. and a convenient 7 min walk to the train station, great view to the Santa Maria Maggiore.. but incredibly noisy at night. Unrelated but adjacent, I asked the staff to help me with arranging a private driver (luxury sedan) from the airport... I got a Mercedes, yes, but a 15 pax van with a driver that didn't...

"Clean room, great staff, fab bar and good pizza. Breakfast could have been a bit better. Overall a great place."
