"Not friendly at all. Rooms need major work. Shower door wouldn’t close. Floor was stained all throughout."

"We love staying at the Westin, as they offer shuttle service to the airport, which is very convenient in Atlanta. We stayed 2 times this trip — at the beginning (very early flight next day) and at the end (because we needed a rest after a long flight). We enjoyed the bar/lounge area and the food; annd although it had a limited selection, it was quite good! There was a mixup with our room, but it was remedied quickly. The staff is always warm and welcoming… we will be returning soon!"

"I stayed at this property check out on the 10/13 it’s 10/22 they have not returned my deposit! Staff need to work on customer service not very welcoming for the cost of this property!"
