"This was the best hotel of the 5 I stayed at in Aotearoa. This was actually the best hotel I ever stayed at, bar none. Staff was great and happy, hotel and room was amazing. The most important thing was I felt relaxed and enjoyed my stay so much we extended it for one more day.
I splurged for the Executive Suite and it was kind of awesome.

"A notre arrivée il n'y avait personne, nous ne savions pas comment faire le cheek-in, pas d'indication.
La porte d'entrée avait un interphone mais nous ne comprenions rien nous sommes français.
Le badge ainsi que la clefs était dans une box codé à l'intérieur.
C'est une couple qui nous a permis d'entrer et de récupérer le badge et la clefs de notre appartement"
"Arrival & Atmosphere
We arrived around 3 PM and check-in was smooth - there was one staff member at the front desk who was expecting us. However, the resort felt unusually quiet, almost empty. During our stay, most facilities appeared closed, including dining and the spa. It’s unclear whether these are only available in peak season. We did notice a couple of staff cars later in the day, but overall the property felt very inactive.
