"The hotel room was dark , however , due to a “rave “ next door we did not get any sleep due to the noise . Hotel Manager would not consider moving our room which was very frustrating."

"Easy to park at nearby John Lewis Q park. Handy for shopping at Liverpool one and 30 min walk to Hill Dickinson stadium! We had a room with a double bed and single bed which was ideal for our family of 3 watching Everton match."

"Central location"

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, all the amenities you could need in an immaculately clean spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Check in was super easy and all the staff I came into contact with were incredibly friendly. I’ll definitely be back."

"Everything was great, really enjoyed our stay. Definitely would stay again."

The hotel has a Spa but did not use it. The hotel is ideally placed to visit Liverpool with bus...

"Great stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a very good size. The bathroom was very big too. The location is amazing. Only 2-3 minutes walk from Bold Street which has so many nice restaurants. Also Liverpool Lime Street Station is only 10 minutes walk away."

"Ideal location"
